We are proud to showcase the successful completion of an advanced fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and AOV systems project at TopChem Pharmaceuticals. This project was designed & delivered to enhance safety, security, & compliance across their facilities.
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
TopChem required a robust, open-protocol fire alarm system to ensure rapid & accurate detection. The solution features addressable Hochiki detectors & sounders for maximum reliability & compliance with fire safety standards.
Installation of an Advanced MX-5101 1-loop fire alarm panel.
Deployment of 43 smoke detectors, 3 heat sensors, 22 sounder beacons, & 10 manual call points to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Custom design, followed by professional commissioning to guarantee full operational functionality.
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬
A scalable, IP-based access control solution was implemented to enhance internal security, offering centralized management for multiple doors.
Installation of ACTpro controllers to manage access for up to 60,000 users.
Fitted EN179-compliant Abloy solenoid locks to ensure secure and safe operation.
Full setup of readers, controllers, and door loops, followed by system testing and commissioning.

A secure access control solution for a single external door, incorporating a motorized locking system & MIFARE reader for seamless integration.
Installation of a Panic E Motorized Multi-Point Locking System compliant with EN179 standards.
Integration of ACTpro 100e door station and a MIFARE reader for enhanced functionality.
𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐀-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐂𝐓𝐕 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦
A high-performance CCTV system was installed to monitor business operations while ensuring compliance with NDAA standards.
Installation of a Hanwha 32-channel NVR with 24TB storage for long-term archiving.
Deployment of 19 cameras (9 outdoor bullet, 10 indoor dome) to ensure full site coverage.
Configuration for LAN access, enabling remote viewing from PCs, tablets, and smartphones.

An AOV system was installed to manage smoke and heat ventilation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Installation of a 3001CPU panel with integrated emergency power battery backup and automatic opening functionality.
Implementation of a low-level fireman’s override switch for manual operation during emergencies.
