We are proud to announce the successful completion of a cutting-edge security and fire safety project at the IDA Advanced Technology Building, Oakfield, Sligo, delivered in partnership with GR White & Son. This project was meticulously designed to ensure the highest standards of safety and security, tailored to meet the unique needs of this state-of-the-art facility.
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲
The fire alarm system incorporates an addressable, open-protocol design paired with advanced aspirating smoke detection technology from Wagner. This ensures early and accurate fire detection, critical for safeguarding the facility.
Installation of an Advanced MX-5202 fire alarm panel with two loops.
Deployment of 95 Apollo smoke detectors, 17 manual call points, and 21 sounders for comprehensive coverage.
Integration of a 2-pipe, 2-zone Wagner aspirating smoke detection system for precision monitoring in critical areas covering over 3000 m2.
Weatherproof components installed for outdoor and harsh environments, including water-resistant call points and weatherproof sounders.
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
The intruder alarm system delivers Grade 3 detection and monitoring, ensuring robust protection for high-value assets and perimeter security.
Installation of an HKC SecureWave 10270 panel with GSM and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Multiple PIR motion detectors and steel patio contacts for full perimeter and internal coverage.
Long-range PIR sensors and roller shutter contacts for comprehensive monitoring of large spaces.
Integration of tamper-proof power supplies and live bell boxes for enhanced reliability.

To ensure compliance with accessibility standards, a disabled refuge and toilet alarm system was installed, providing vital safety and support features for users in emergencies.
Cameo disabled refuge system with radial wiring and Braille-enabled outstations.
Baldwin Boxall stainless steel toilet alarm systems were installed across multiple units.
Centralized control unit for efficient monitoring and response.
