We were tasked to design and complete the Security installation for Honestly Kitchen and Drive-Thru, during their refurbishment. The following Project outlined a Security system installed to PSA 2006:12 Standards by a Private Security Authority Licensed company.
We installed a High-End Hybrid CCTV System. The objective of the system is to monitor the premises with 33 cameras in a combination of fixed lens and variable zoom High-Definition Cameras equipped with night vision being installed along with 8 IP Cameras for Enhanced Recording of the External Perimeter. One Hybrid Video Recorder was provided to record the images from the CCTV. This system gave us the flexibility required for the installation and functionality for the end-user that the Honestly Staff and Management required to manage their CCTV System.
For this intruder alarm, we installed a Hybrid System. This system is an innovative true hybrid panel giving total flexibility without compromise.
To ensure Perimeter Protection we used a mixture of Contacts and Shock Sensors which detect attempts of forced entry on a door or window and Trap Protection such as motion sensors (PIRs) which will detect the presence of an intruder. This gives us an ideal level of protection, with a combination of both whereby the perimeter of the property is protected to ensure early detection and warning of intrusion attempts.
For this Site, we chose a simple standalone Access Control system for the office with a Magnetic Door Lock on the Office Door which can be controlled by one of 10 fobs provided or by using a set Pin Code. It is a user-friendly and flexible door entry system
For this project, we replaced an existing Legacy Panel with a New Fully Addressable Open Protocol
“Advanced” Fire Alarm System. We also replaced all the Existing Devices with New and added detection to six locations not currently covered. This gave a new state of Art Fire Detection System to L1 Category to the IS3218:A1 2019 Standards.
We allowed for the Supply of all fire extinguishers and fire blankets with necessary signage and holders
in accordance with the required standard of IS 291:2015
We have allowed for a built-in Fire Suppression System which will be installed with an Integral Tank above
the Ceiling. We have allowed coverage of the following in Canopy 1, 1 x 4 Ring Induction Hob, 1 x Griddle, and 1 x Fryer, In Canopy 2 we have allowed covering all four Fryers.
Upon completion of this project, we left Honestly with an integrated, user-friendly, reliable Security System interface, that has proven to make managing their security needs effectively and efficiently.
