About Us

Power Right is an industry leader for Security, Fire Protection, Electrical and Energy, Service and Solutions in the West and North West of Ireland established 1982 with a New Dynamic Management Team. We are looking to continue to expand the business and footprint of the company to become a Key Player Nationally with acquisition and further expansion plans in place.

Due to significant growth in the business, Power Right are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Accountant to join the team.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious professional to join the management team of a growth business and become a core member of the senior management team.

The role will be an onsite-remote hybrid with our offices based in Collooney, Co. Sligo. You should be based within a reasonable commute of Sligo.

Your Role

You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation by providing leadership in financial planning, control and management, system development, operational effectiveness & efficiency, resource and project planning.

You will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and contribute financial and operational expertise in the development and implementation of organisational strategies, change and best practice. You will work closely with the Managing Director and other members of the management team to provide financial and operational monitoring and controls on business activities, including reports, analysis and recommendations.

You are an overachiever with a consistent track record of KPI achievement and have the ability to organise and manage multiple priorities.

You have excellent people skills and experience in ICT and project management skills.

Ideally, you are a qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE, but if you have 2-3 years+ PQE or are qualified by experience with the specific experience and potential that fit the role we want to hear from you.
